Thailicious Cooking Lessons is a small family business based in Lincoln, Lincolnshire and is run by myself. My service is specifically aimed at people who want to learn first hand, the benefits and joy of being able to prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes in the comfort of their own home.

I was born in Northern Thailand and since my early childhood, I have always had a desire to be able to cook Thai food. This initially started with help and guidance from my Mum and Dad, and continued as I started my working life in a local restaurant as a trainee chef learning to prepare and cook a wide range of Thai dishes.
