If you wish, you can choose your own 3 dishes from any of the 18 dishes shown. You can also replace the meat content of a specific dish with an alternative. In most cases, this is possible.

|
For vegetarians, I can offer either tofu or mushrooms as the replacement for meat.
|
|
|
|
You can request a particular dish to be less or more spicy
|
|
|
|
My lessons are tailored for a maximum of 3 persons. I am unable to give lessons to a larger group.
|
|
|
|
All preparation of the food and the final cooking for the lessons will take place in your own kitchen. I will use my own cooking utensils and preparation equipment and provide aprons for the lessons.
|
|
|
|
The time that I will require use of your kitchen will be based on the dishes selected and the total number of ‘students’ for whom I am offering the lessons.
|
|
|
|
You will need to provide the table, seating and other necessary surfaces on which to place the required number of your serving dishes and plates after the meals have been prepared.
|
|
|
|
The lessons include all ingredients to be prepared and cooked, and my own travelling time to and from your house,
|
|
|
|
I will take responsibility for cleaning your kitchen after all cooking has been completed, and removal of all cooking utensils and preparation equipment after your lessons has been concluded.

|
I have the necessary food hygiene certification.
